This is one of our all time faves at my house. It sounds incredibly blizzare but tastes amazing! It’s the perfect dish for the summer. We are growing fresh cucumbers at our house so this is the perfect use for them!
You only need a few simple ingredients.
- Dill (about a Tbsp)
- Sour Cream (a dollop per plate)
- Cucumber (3-5 slices per plate)
- Butter (4 Tbsp)
And the steps are easy too!!
We like to mix in the sour cream with the spaghetti when we eat! And it’s a perfect meal with a side salad!
