Oh my goodness... I'd use that money to take a mini vacation where my hubs and I stayed on our honeymoon... for our 5 year anniversary in May! How perfect and amazing would that be?!

I would buy a gorgeous light fixture for my newly styled living room!
In August I'm moving from New Zealand to Florida to work at Disneyworld so I would put it in my travel fund!! Would be super handy!
I'd stock up on baby supplies for my little guy, set aside money for a day out at our local zoo, and get us each a new spring outfit!

Maybe this is boring but it would go right into savings.
I would use the $500 to take my family on a fun vacation, and I would use some of it to buy awesome birthday presents for my son's birthday!
