I lost 6.4 lbs! YAY!
I'm pretty exited about that!
I am not going to lie the first week was difficult because my body is adjusting to the program but I think I got a handle on it and it should be a little bit more "routine" this next week. (haha we'll see)
I'm a little disappointed because my husband who decided at the last minute to jump on the bandwagon with me lost 17 lbs this first week.
Yes, you heard me right. 17. CRAZY, I know.
Apparently guys loose weight faster then girls, go figure?
Anyways my week consisted of:
Lots of water. I'm suppose to drink 8 of these a day but I can admit that this was a REAL challenge for me and I definitely have to work on it this next week.
We bought a new Magic Bullet this week because we heard it was great to use to make the shakes and other meals on Medifast and we heard RIGHT, this was a great help this week!
Now my purse is always filled with my medifast meals... haha How exciting, huh? (sarcasm)
And something I look forward to every night. REAL FOOD- My one lean and green meal a day. We have been doing tilapia and mixed veggies, SO AMAZING!
So all in all it has been a GREAT week and a good start to my weightloss journey!
