Latte Anyone?

Just my morning ramblings...

I'm like the "Thank You" police. Today I went and got Mcdonalds for breakfast. I pulled up to the window and she doesn't say one word so I say "Hi" and she replies with "Hello". She hands me my things and doesn't say a word AGAIN. So I say "Thank You, Have a Good Day" and she smiles and says "you too". haha I secretly love when I get someone at the window that is not saying anything or has an attitude because then when I respond with a smile and a polite thank you, they get a little smile started on there face. People don't seem to understand that the word "Thank You" goes a long way, especially these days. It shows them that you are grateful and respect them. The world is getting horrible at disrespecting others, so when someone stops and says "Thank You", it's like wow, there is hope in this world, there are nice people out there still. My dad always made us say thank you! When he bought us anything we learned to say thank you, so he would know that we appreciate everything he is providing us with. So just a little lesson, say THANK YOU more, and teach your children how to say THANK YOU, the world needs more kindness.
